Refund Policy
1. In which scenarios does Remedics Global issue refunds?
Refunds are issued by Remedics Global only in the following cases:
| • | The order is cancelled by the customer or installation is not possible |
| • | The customer returns a product and requests a refund |
Please note that returns may not be applicable on all products sold on remedicsglobal.com. Kindly refer to our Return Policy.
2. What amount will be refunded?
The refund amount will be limited to the product price paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. How can I track my refund after returning a product?
After receiving the returned product, it will be verified and you will receive confirmation via SMS.

4. How can I track refund after order cancellation?
After cancellation, confirmation will be sent via SMS or email.

5. Refund processed but not received?
If you received confirmation, refund has been initiated.
Delay may happen due to bank processing. Please contact your bank with reference number.
6. Refund processing time
Refund is processed after product verification. You will receive SMS/email confirmation.
7. Refund method
| a. | Online Payment Refund to same account within 4 working days. Bank may take 7–10 days. |
| b. | Cash on Delivery Refund via NEFT, cheque, or coupon. |
| c. | Coupons Coupon value is not refundable. |
8. Partial refund
Allowed for multiple product orders. Bundles must be returned fully.

10. Courier charge refund
Courier reimbursement:
- 10% of order value
- Minimum ₹100 – Maximum ₹750
Refund will be issued as Remedics Global Gift Coupon.
